Solve The Puzzle. Make The Big Move.

We know how hard a change like moving can be, especially as a family. As a team that has walked in your shoes, we are here to help you make the home buying/selling process (closer to) anxiety-free. Here's how we deliver:

HERE'S HOW WE DELIVER:

Clear, Compassionate Communication

Our motto is: "When everyone is on the same page, faster solutions are created when problems arise." We believe there is no such thing as over communication and ensure you are up-to-date during all stages of the process through weekly video communications and a robust implementation process.

We Involve Everyone In The Process

There is no bigger life change, particularly for children, then moving homes, which is why me and my team include them in the process from start to finish. Through my personally-authored storybooks, unique sensory baskets and longtime experience as a special needs educator, my goal is to make sure each child feels their needs, feelings and desires matter. After all, the home is sacred. It's the space for our children to feel comfortable, safe and supported.

We Have Been In Your Shoes

Being a parent is hard. Moving as a family, perhaps even more so if you have a family with special needs like mine, even more so. We put ourselves in your shoes and deliver on your best interests at all times.

DELIVERING THE SUPPORT MY WIFE & I NEVER HAD

My story into real estate has a familiar start that all parents can relate to. I was a struggling father, doing everything I could to support my firstborn son, who was born with autism and still to this day is non-verbal. After years of sleepless nights, working with experts, and a whole lot of trial and error, I've learned so much about him, his fears, his likes and how I can best support him as a father.

I realized just how important structure and routine is for my son. And as I have learned firsthand, both with my own family and the dozens of families with special needs I have worked with, there is no bigger disruption than moving homes. It's not easy, never as smooth as any of us would wish (though nothing worthwhile in life is), but a challenge should never prevent us from doing what is best for our family.

So if you are ready to sell your house, buy a new house, or relocate, my message to you is: do it.

Because the home is a uniquely sacred place, especially for our kids. Me and my team will work with you throughout the entire process with empathy and commitment to help you address any and all issues or concerns that arise.

My life mission is to empower all children to live a fulfilled and happy life, one that enables each of them to reach their fullest potential. This is why I work as a real estate agent. For transitioning from one home to another is one of the most consequential changes a family can make on the lives of their children. Change is often a beautiful thing, bringing with it new opportunities and new adventures. But us humans often get set in our ways and routines. Change can be daunting and scary. It is our goal to find the missing piece that helps you and your family carry out the transition with ease.

A MESSAGE FOR FAMILIES WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

farah and son

As a proud parent to a child with special needs first and a real estate agent second,

I am constantly learning how to better support my child.

I apply my personal learnings (I recently relocated my family as well) along with my experience helping dozens of families like mine relocate and my certifications as a special needs educator to help all of my clients.

One of the main reasons families with special needs relocate is for better services in support of their kids, which is a main reason why the Minnesota Twin Cities area is so highly regarded. I will connect and provide you with all the available resources in each district, along with all insights and direct connections I may have, to help you make the most informed and best decision for your family.

And if you're looking to move somewhere other than the Twin Cities area, don't worry! I am connected with a nationwide network of real estate agents with particular expertise in helping families with special needs and am ready to help in every way I can.

HERE TO HELP YOU FIND THE MISSING PIECE!

Whether you are looking to buy a home, sell your home, relocate, or need help finding the right resources for your family, we are here to help you make the move with ease!
